Statement from NFPL Chairman

"Firstly, I want to thank all of our owners, fans, players, refs, and administrators for all of their support this year, especially during this time. As much as we want to continue and finish the season, safety is our first priority. We are disheartened to announce that we will not finish the 2019-2020 season. Our plan now includes: working with those applying to be an expansion team for the 2020-2021 season, working with our current owners in preparing for next season, continuing education for referees, and strengthening our NFPL administration board. We plan to make some exciting announcements in early July. We hope everyone remains safe and look forward to getting back on the court in December.” – Ducks, NFPL Chairman
