NFPL MEN'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK: MATCHWEEK 17

There may have been two Miguel Cervantes's in goal for Grand Rapids OLé in Matchweek 17 as they went to Columbus for a matchup with the conference winners and destroyed them in their own home by a scoreline of 12-3. 

The league's best defense stayed the league's best defense, anchored by Cervantes in net, stifling the potent Columbus offense and allowing only 3 goals. 

Cervantes himself had two critical penalty saves in the first half when the score was closer, smothering any chance of a Columbus Futsal comeback en route to the win.

Grand Rapids OLé return to the court for the NFPL Championship Game on Saturday, April 22nd in a bid to retain their title and be back-to-back champions. They'll face off against FC Tryzub in Chicago.
