Matchweek 6 California Player of the Week: Alexander Bedoya (HBK Futsal)

Alexander Bedoya has been named the Matchweek 6 California Player of the Week after a standout all-around performance in HBK Futsal’s 12–0 win over Anthem Futsal.

Bedoya was at the heart of HBK’s attacking dominance, finishing the night with four goals and two assists. He opened his account with a deflected effort in the first half before turning provider, finding Gabriel Silveira at the back post as HBK pulled away before halftime.

The second half saw Bedoya elevate his performance even further. He struck twice in quick succession early after the restart, including a spectacular finish down the line that smashed off the crossbar and into the net. He later added his fourth from close range after another Silveira assist, completing a performance marked by movement, creativity, and ruthless finishing.

Bedoya’s influence stretched beyond the scoresheet, dictating tempo and consistently breaking down Anthem’s defensive shape. His complete performance earned him Matchweek 6 California Player of the Week honors.
