2025/26 Preseason Profile: New Mexico Flagship FC Sets Sights on the NFPL Title

With nearly a decade of development and five years of professional competition, New Mexico Flagship FC enters the 2025/26 National Futsal Premier League season with one message: this year, the goal is the championship.
Founded in 2016, Flagship’s growth has been fueled by ambition, discipline, and a consistent presence on some of the biggest competitive stages in American futsal. The club spent a year competing in the American Futsal League (AFL) before officially joining the NFPL, and they now begin their fourth year in the league.
Over the years, Flagship has earned respect not just through participation — but through winning.
Their tournament résumé includes:
Elite National Tournament Champions ($30k prize)
Xolos Cup 2025 Champions ($10k prize)
Regular competition across California, Arizona, Texas, Denver, and Utah
Wherever Flagship goes, they compete. And wherever they compete, they aim to win.
This season, the objective is clear.
“This year our target is to be the league champions,” said Head Coach Pablo Salto, whose leadership has guided Flagship through years of competitive evolution.
Flagship returns to the NFPL with a proud identity shaped by their professional approach and hard-earned results. With a roster built from experience and a culture defined by competition, they enter 2025/26 ready to challenge the Southwest Division’s toughest opponents.
