Welcome to Matchweek 15 in the National Futsal Premier League! 

We're treated to our third Futsal Factory Academy and Cadence SFC matchup in a row for these two teams in the Midwest, while the Southwest features a battle of the bottom two as BRUSA FC hit the road to take on New Mexico Flagship FC. 

Futsal Factory Academy (H) VS. Cadence SFC (A)

Playing their third match in four weeks, these two teams will no doubt be quite familiar with one another by the end. of this. Both matchups have been close games, with Futsal Factory Academy most recently winning 5-3 in Chicago in Matchweek 14. Before that, Futsal Factory Academy won big at home, although they scored numerous goals while Cadence chased the game, contributing to a more flattering scoreline than the game was in reality. 

Last week, Futsal Factory's big road win saw them leapfrog Detroit Imperial in the standings into second place, albeit having played one more game. With two matches against Detroit Imperial on the horizon before the end of the season, Futsal Factory needs to continue to get as many points as possible - only a win will do for them. They're currently on the league's hottest form, winning their last 3 matches. 

As for Cadence, it's another season in which they are likely to finish at the bottom of a challenging division. Despite showing significant improvement in matches, they just haven't been able to develop that killer instinct to finish games off. They currently sit on 1 point, 8 points off a playoff spot, having lost 3 in a row.

New Mexico Flagship FC (H) VS. BRUSA FC (A)

Two teams at the bottom of the Southwest are fighting for their season this week. Tied on 6 points, with BRUSA having playing 6 games to New Mexico's 5, there is no longer any room for mistakes or dropped poins.

Luckily, sliding into second place or even winning the division is not impossible. Both teams are 6 points off 2nd and 1st place, and with 4 matchweeks to play, they'll have to end the season perfectly to get into a playoff spot.

Times are getting desperate for NM Flagship FC and BRUSA FC! They'll have no choice but to go for it all on Saturday night - a draw doesn't help anybody.
