It comes down to the final game of the season for both New Mexico Flagship FC and Colorado Futsal Academy. The two teams will battle it out to see who finishes the NFPL Southwest in second place and a berth in the championship game against Brusa FC.

A win or tie for New Mexico Flagship will be enough, whereas only a win for Colorado Futsal Academy will guarantee their spot in the championship.

The two teams last met just two weeks ago in Matchweek 16 in Denver, a game in which the home side won 9-7 on April 8.
