MATCHWEEK 13 REVIEW:
Home Teams Collect 3 Points

GRAND RAPIDS OLÉ 12-8 Cadence SFC

In their second meeting this season, Grand Rapids OLé and Cadence SFC played a close, back-and-forth game with Grand Rapids prevailing by the end.

The win opens the gap at the top of the Midwest to 11 points for Grand Rapids in their final home game of the season. The race for 2nd place in the division remains tight!

New Mexico Flagship FC 8-5 BRUSA FC

In a must-win game for both teams, New Mexico Flagship FC grabbed all 3 points with a home win over BRUSA FC

Elio Luna followed up on a big performance in Matchweek 12 with another two goals and an assist in Matchweek 13, while Luis Loera did the same, adding two assists and a goal to help win the game for Flagship.

A LOOK AT THE TABLE AFTER MATCHWEEK 13:

The Southwest remains a close affair and a late-season run for BRUSA FC or New Mexico Flagship FC could see one or both of them climb to the top. The state of the Midwest is a little different, as it looks like Grand Rapids is running away with the division en route to a guaranteed playoff spot unless their end-of-season run of away games dethrones them!

We'll see as we enter the busiest month of the 2023/24 NFPL season!
